Does age really matter when it comes to bourbon? We're testing it with a blind tasting of three age-stated bourbons-one at 6 years, one at 7 years, and one at 8 years. Can we actually taste the difference? Does an extra year in the barrel make a bourbon better, or is it just marketing info?
